What is Equipment Maintenance?

Ensuring your equipment is safe is vital. Our technicians will thoroughly check and inspect all moving parts, bolts, nuts and framework to ensure that your device is working just as it should.

How often do I need a service?

How often your support device requires a service depends on the complexity of the equipment and how you use it. We would strongly recommend equipment should be serviced at least every 12 months to ensure it is working as it should.

Do I receive a report?

Our technicians will carry out a through inspection of your equipment and will issue you with a comprehensive service report. Book a service with Arden Maintenance today click here. 

What funding is available?

Your NDIS plan will include funding for repairs and maintenance for all assistive technology items. Small repairs like new tyres, can be funded in your Core – Consumables budget. For major repairs like a regular service, funding is included in your Capital – Assistive Technology budget. Alternatively, you can pay for the services yourself.
